THE CYPRUS WINE MUSEUM IN ERIMI

Here we can see two copies of mosaics from the house of Dionysos in Paphos. The upper one depicts the myth of Ikarios and the First Wine Drinkers. The lower mosaic depicts the triumph of Dionysos. A collection of jugs and bowls dating from 2300 BC-30BC. These are all finds from excavations of the local vicinity. Pictures of artefacts including a ceramic jug, bearing representations of everyday life. Early Bronze Age 2500-1950BC from Pyrgos village. District Archaeological museum of Limassol.
